Find a local Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Parade, Easter Brunch, etc.

Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other Halloween activities in Orange County, California?  Scroll down this page and you will see the all of those in Orange County, California, sorted by county. Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands.  Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from.  To really make it fun for  your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride.  There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the  more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm the info, they don't always report changes to me!

Most pumpkin patches  and corn mazes usually open by mid September, some earlier! You may also like a local zombie event or Zombie Paintball!. After Halloween, find a Christmas tree at a local Christmas tree farm (and enjoy a bonfire, smore, hot chocolate and free hayrides, and often Santa visits!   • La Habra Spring Family Eggstravaganza- Easter egg hunt,
    La Bonita Park, 1441 W. Whittier Blvd, La Habra, CA. Phone: (562) 383-4200. Event date and time: Saturday, April 15, 2017; the Saturday a day before Easter Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm. The Spring Family Eggstravaganza is an annual City event includes a helicopter egg drop and egg hunts divided into age-appropriate time slots. It also includes a resource fair put on by the Friends of Family Health Center, which offers information on health-related family issues and available social services, as well as raffles. There are also a variety of vendors at the event. This year’s Eggstravaganza will be held at the softball fields at La Bonita Park. Activities will include an Eggs-Treme Kid Zone, with games, crafts, inflatables, balloon twisters, live DJ and more. To add to the excitement, eggs for the egg hunt will be dropped by a helicopter! Egg hunts will be held for specific age groups at the following times: 9:15 a.m.: 0-2 & 3-4 year olds, 9:35 a.m.: 5-6 year olds, 9:50 a.m.: 7-8 year olds, 10:05 a.m. 9-10 & 11-12 year olds, 10:20 a.m.: teens & adults. As in the past, the La Habra Family Resource Center’s Community Resource Fair will be part of the Eggstravaganza, and there will be 30-plus organizations participating.
