This page provides a detailed list of Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas's pumpkin patches, corn mazes, hay rides and other Halloween farm stuff!!   Click here to see the listings of pumpkin patches, corn mazes and farms in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas or just scroll down the page! Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands.  All should have loads of pumpkins to choose from.  To really make it fun for  your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride.  There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the  more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm all information, they don't always report changes to me!

    A visitor writes on October 16, 2010: "Last year we took the Grandkids here and were SHOCKED when they told us the price of our pumpkins...$98.00 for 6 pumpkins. I realized when we got home that they had over charged us for a pumpkin that we did not even get as well. I sent them an email and all they had to say was that they feel they are priced like everyone else. Just be aware of how expensive it is before the shock! Charging more than 3 to 5 dollars for pumpkins is just bad business!"

Open: corn maze is open friday-Saturday and Sundays in October; the pumpkin festival is one weekend (Friday-Saturday and Sunday) in mid October. Chatfield’s 8-acre Corn Maze has two 15-foot tall illuminated bridges that overlook the giant Corn Maze, and younger children can find their way through a special free McDonald’s Mini-Maze designed just for them. Hayrides and pony rides will be available for an additional cost. An array of food vendors will offer some of your favorite fall foods, including freshly squeezed lemonade, funnel cakes, hotdogs and kettle corn. There is a Haunted Maze Friday and Saturday nights in October. Pumpkin Festival is a three-day festival with various fall-themed activities will be available, such as arts and crafts, various pumpkin-themed activities and monster hand building. Kids can also enjoy free amusement rides, explore the pumpkin patch and get their faces painted! Food and craft venders, children activities, hayrides & much more!
