This page provides a detailed list of Iowa's pumpkin patches, corn mazes, hay rides and other Halloween farm stuff!! Click here to see the listings of pumpkin patches, corn mazes and farms in Iowa or just scroll down the page! Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands. All should have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm all information, they don't always report changes to me!

on September 16, 2008: "We are located just a 1/2 mile outside
of Red Oak, Iowa in Montgomery County and have been in business for
approximately 4 years. We incurred two "100 year" floods last year
but we were able to get a crop in but with the 2nd flood hitting in
October many of our pumpkins went down the Nishnabotna river.
However, in 2008, with the June flooding and by the time the rains
subsided and we were able to get seed in the ground Mother Nature
decided to dry up and therefore we have no pumpkins, gourds or
Indian corn and if anyone would have access we would love to buy
some. We are two acres with a year round gift shop and from others I
have talked to in the immediate area they too have fallen on hard
time with their pumpkin crop this year. IF anyone could help us with
a basket load, truck load or whatever so we could make some smiles
on some little ones faces that like to get their pumpkins at our
place we would very much appreciate any help that could be given.
Our phone number is 712-623-4550 or e-mail at
elainehollen@hotmail.com. Thank you!!!! Elaine Hollen"
