Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other
Halloween activities in Chattanooga and Southeast Tennessee? Scroll down this page and you will see the
all of those in Chattanooga and Southeast Tennessee, sorted by county. Some are
farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm
stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple
roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it
fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn
maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of
course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free.

100 acres. Oren Wooden's father planted the first apple tree

(entrance will be on the left). From Mayfield Dairy's Visitors
Center: Turn left (North) on Highway 307 and travel 2.0 miles to
the Corn Maze (entrance will be on the left). Open: From

Saturday from 1-9 pm, Sunday from 1-5 pm. Oddly, the Mayfield
website uses a terrible design which makes it very difficult to
find the information about the corm maze.

article that tells all about it. They have animated cows
that the kids can actually milk by hand, an animal barn with a
variety of animals, a tour of an operational dairy parlor
showing how cows are milked, hay rides, a corn cannon, kiddie
tractors (tricycles) and educational silos. Mayfield ice cream
treats, snacks and drinks are available during the week. Hot
dogs, hamburgers and concessions will be available on the
weekends. The maze will be open during the week for school
groups with reservations and to the general public on weekends.
2008 Admission is $8.00 per person (four years and under are
free). Admission for school groups is $6 per person.
