Find a local pumpkin patch

Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other Halloween activities in Southwest Washington State?  Scroll down this page and you will see the all of those in Southwest Washington State, sorted by county. Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands.  Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from.  To really make it fun for  your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride.  There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the  more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm the info, they don't always report changes to me!

Updates for December 2017

Most pumpkin patches  and corn mazes usually open by mid September, some earlier! You may also like a local zombie event or Zombie Paintball!. After Halloween, find a Christmas tree at a local Christmas tree farm (and enjoy a bonfire, smore, hot chocolate and free hayrides, and often Santa visits!     "LOVED IT!! Dress warm and bring boots if the weather's been wet. Family farm - wonderful setup and operation. They have a pumpkin launch, straw-bale maze and mountain, corn maze, huge petting zoo, hay ride, 1 free hot drink (cider, hot chocolate, or coffee) and free bluegrass music. One free pumpkin with paid admission, with additional pumpkins available at 20 cents per pound (children under 2 get in free, but don't qualify for a free pumpkin). There are port-a-potties, and an area to wash your hands outside the petting zoo. They also have an area where you can wash your pumpkin off, so it doesn't get your car dirty. There are farm tools, machines and antique tractors (some of which kids can play on), and a huge farmer's market with fresh produce. Kids can help shuck corn and feed the chickens. This year, they've also got a "corn crib," filled a foot deep with shelled corn, for the kids to play in. "
