Note: If you are using  a spam-blocking verification system that requires me to fill out a form to be able to reply to you, I won't be able to respond.  I'm so busy just maintaining the websites and responding to questions, that I haven't got time to fill out more forms (just to be able to answer your email).  My suggestion is to get a free Yahoo email account.  Their spam blocker works unobtrusively, the accounts are free, and it will not require respondents to fill out a form.
