This page provides a detailed list of Upstate New York's pumpkin patches, corn mazes, hay rides and other Halloween farm stuff!! Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands. All should have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm all information, they don't always report changes to me!

A visitor writes on October 23, 2010: "October 22, 2010 A group of us went to this hayride and paid $20 per person. What a total ripoff! Do not go. It is not worth even $10 per person. Not scary at all nor entertaining. A narrator pretty much gives away everything about to happen and with a monotone unexcited voice. The best part is the haunted house at the end and it's not even that great. Can't believe this has been running for 20 years. They should state the only people who may enjoy it are children under the age of 12. "
