Find a local pumpkin patch

Looking for a local pumpkin patch, maize maze, hayride, gourds and other Halloween activities in Northeast England (Durham and Northumberland)?  Scroll down this page and you will see the all of thoses in Northeast England (Durham and Northumberland), sorted by county. Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands.  Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from.  To really make it fun for  your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a maize maze, spook house, or hayride.  There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the  more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm the info, they don't always report changes to me!

With the help of our resident witches, scoop and carve your own Halloween pumpkin friend to guide and protect you on the scariest night of the year. They also have a Pumpkin Parade. When you carve one of our pumpkins with our Budding Artists Team, you will receive a free ticket into The Garden for the 31st October from 5:30pm onwards, to join in with our pumpkin parade at 6.00pm. If you have your own pumpkin, you can also bring it along and join in the fun!

Back by popular demand, the field of screams!!!!  Get your pumpkins at the farm shop includes speciality & locally produced foods, plus soups and gourmet ready meals (fresh & frozen) made on the farm. Tea room with paved terrace opened 1995. . Farm shop: Orchard fruits, soft fruits, fresh & frozen vegetables, speciality vegetables, fresh herbs, cheese, dairy produce, free range eggs, farm-produced meat, poultry, fresh fish, locally baked bread, preserves, cakes, pastries, honey, fruit juices.   • Fishwick Mains Adventure Mega Maze - UPDATE for 2019, Their website is gone (since 2015); and there's nothing current about them on the internet, so I assume they have closed. If you have any information to the contrary, please write me.
    Berwick upon Tweed, TD15 1XQ, Scotland, Phone: 01289 386317. Closes early in the Fall. Their website is down in 2015, so the maze may have been discontinued.  Call before you go!
