Looking for a local pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayride, gourds and other Halloween activities in Jackson County, Michigan? Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a corn maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. Get out to the corn mazes and pumpkin patches!  Most close either at Halloween or a week later! The world's best pumpkin pie recipe is here, and the pie crust recipe is here! After Halloween, find a Christmas tree at a local Christmas tree farm (and enjoy a bonfire, smore, hot chocolate and free hayrides, and often Santa visits! Close to Spring Arbor University, we are right next to Frosty Boy where Chapel Rd meets M-60. We sell fresh eggs year round that come from antibiotic-free, hormone-free, free range, happy hens! Eggs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our self serve barn.Fall is our favorite time of year, that's when our pumpkin patch opens! We will be selling our pumpkins, corn stalks, gourds, and straw bales, everything you need for fall decorating! Come for visit on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and you can pick your own pumpkin right out of the patch, get lost in our corn maze, take a tractor drawn hay ride. Then stop in for fresh home made donuts! Be sure to visit all of our cute farm animals, (feed is available for purchase) and take some pictures in our crazy photo-cut outs before leaving.
