As many of you know our father and owner, Bob Nieman, unexpectedly passed away in February. Nieman Orchards, established in 1852, has been in our family for nine generations.   A visitor writes on October 20, 2012: "Attempted to use a 'package' special at Baase's. $19.95 for access to everything one time. Arrived at 10 am to start with the corn maze because that's the time they advertised it starting and then all other services started at 10:30 am. The store wouldn't let us pay for the package because it wasn't 10:30 am, so they wanted us to pay $8.00 per person for the corn maze and then return to purchase the $20 package that includes the cost of the corn maze, therefore paying twice! The website also says you can use credit cards to pay but the booths outside where you pay for the packages are cash only. Horrible service as they wouldn't change anything and told us to either pay or stand around and wait with a 3.5yr old for 20 minutes until we could purchase a package. Completely disappointed in their service...as a lifelong member of the Muskego community that Baase's started in, this is not how things are run in Muskego but we went to the Colgate location because it offered more activities - the poor customer service is enough to make me not want to ever go back. Have already used social media outlets to get the word out to more people. It's unfortunate given the history the family has in our community. "
