Looking for a local pumpkin patch, maize maze, hayride, gourds and other Halloween activities in Wales? Scroll down this page and you will see the all of thoses in Wales, sorted by county. Some are farms, where you take a hay ride out into the field, others are elaborate farm stands with mountains of pumpkins and other activities and some are simple roadside stands. Most have loads of pumpkins to choose from. To really make it fun for your kids, look for those that have the extra activities, like a maize maze, spook house, or hayride. There is usually a small fee for the mazes (of course, the more elaborate mazes tend to charge more. Hayrides are often free. ALWAYS call before you go to confirm the info, they don't always report changes to me!

The maze is made up of over 5,500 small beech trees. The combination of trees and fences divide up the pathways making it difficult for its challengers to conquer. A number of questions are scattered around the maze, which give clues as to which direction or pathway you should take. Come and challenge yourself and family in our new Maze this Summer. Duration - 30/45 minutes. Heatherton is a free admission attraction, providing a pay when you play facility, allowing customers to choose what they want to partake in before purchasing tickets. Anyone who then does not wish to participate can spectate with no extra cost, but it is guaranteed that once you witness the extensive range of activities on offer, it will be difficult to resist!!

Not only do we have a pumpkin patch, in our flower meadow we have created a SPOOKY TRAIL - Children can runaround, play hide and seek among the spooky hay-bales, and visit the wooded area for a Halloween experience. Weather permitting marshmallows and popcorn can be enjoyed around the firepit. BRING WELLIES - it can be muddy! We can provide wheelbarrows and trugs for the pumpkins but you may need something to put them on in the car. There’s plenty of parking for cars and broomsticks in the field above the Pumpkin patch. Open: Pumpkins in Octyober, the farm opens for strawberries in late June, please check our social media pages for exact opening days and times.  Enjoy a day out with your friends and family at the farm, handpicking fresh fruit. Afterward, you can relax in our cafe serving hot and cold drinks, freshly cooked Cornish pasties or cakes, and ice cream.
